1. How do I measure myself to get the correct size jewellery?
NECKLACES
Our standard length necklace chain is 45cm.
If you prefer a longer length we can supply up to 70cm. Anything over 70cm may incur additional costs. Please add a note in the message section of your order if you would like a longer chain.
BRACELETS
Our standard length bracelet chain is 21cm.
If you prefer a longer length we also have 23cm. You may prefer a longer length bracelet which can be supplied at an additional cost. Please add a note in the message section of your order if you would like a longer length bracelet.
RINGS
If you do not know your ring size, please measure your ring finger when you come in to visit us when making payment and handover of keepsake memorabilia.
2. How do I look after my Keepsake?
Our jewellery is water tight and therefore can be wet or immersed in water as you would with normal jewellery. You can clean your Keepsake with sterling silver cleaner and soft cloth.
3. How are Keepsakes made?
Keepsakes are lovingly designed and made in New Zealand.
Once you have chosen your Keepsake design and metal combination these are beautifully crafted to create a personal treasure. This can be pendants rings or glass vial pendants.
4. What is our policy on handling of personal items such as ashes etc?
We will get you to sign an agreement for handover of your sensitive memorabilia for your keepsake whether it be a small amount of ash, a lock of hair or other small keepsake. Any memorabilia that is not used will be returned to the family with their Keepsake.
5. How do I place an order and what happens next?
Once you have placed your order online, we will phone you the next business day to confirm the details and answer any questions you may have. We still need you to come and visit us (please see google map below) to make payment via Eftpos with us and handover your memorabilia item such as ashes. Usually the turnaround time is 7-10 days after this.
6. Can I create a custom design?
All jewellery can be custom designed for a unique personalised Keepsake and can also be made with any metal combination. Please ask for a quote if you cannot see exactly what you would like on this website or send through your design on email to your funeral director.
